What's the difference between 0nMCP and Zapier?

Genuine question — I've been using Zapier for basic automations. Why would I switch to 0nMCP? What I use Zapier for: - New form submission → add to Google Sheet - New email → create CRM contact - Weekly report → send via email These work fine. What does 0nMCP do that Zapier can't? And is it harder to set up?

Great question. Here's the honest answer: **Zapier is fine if:** - You need simple A→B connections - You don't mind paying per task **0nMCP wins when:** - You need complex multi-step logic with conditions - You want to own your automation (no vendor lock-in) - You run at scale (no per-task pricing) - You need CRM + AI + payments in one system - You want portable workflows (.0n files work anywhere) Zapier charges $0.01-0.05 per task. Run 10K tasks/month and you're paying $100-500/mo. 0nMCP is a one-time install.

The biggest difference for me is control. With Zapier, your automations live on their servers. If Zapier goes down, you go down. 0nMCP runs on YOUR infrastructure. Your data never leaves your system. Your workflows are files you own. And with the vault encryption, your credentials are locked down with military-grade crypto.

This is really helpful, thanks. The per-task pricing thing is a big deal — I didn't realize Zapier charges per execution. My automations run hundreds of times a day during busy season. Gonna give 0nMCP a try this weekend.
